Describe a city you have been to and would like to visit again

I'd like to talk about Hue, the old imperial capital in central Vietnam, which I visited for the first time two years ago and have been meaning to return to ever since. I went in February with my younger sister, mainly because train tickets from Saigon were on sale, so my expectations were honestly quite low. We only had three days. We spent the first one inside the Citadel, which is far bigger than I'd imagined, and got thoroughly lost among the gates and courtyards. On the second day we rented a motorbike for a hundred and twenty thousand dong and rode out to the royal tombs along the Perfume River, stopping whenever something looked interesting. But what really won me over was the food and the pace. Every morning we had a bowl of bun bo at a stall near Dong Ba market for thirty thousand dong, and it was so spicy that my sister cried and ordered a second bowl anyway. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry. People cycled slowly, shops closed for a nap at noon, and when I asked an old man for directions he walked us there himself and said, 'In Hue, if you rush, you miss everything.' The reason I want to go back is that we clearly did rush. It rained for most of the last day, so we never took a boat on the river, and there are at least six local dishes I didn't get around to trying. Next time I'll stay a full week, pack a proper raincoat, and leave my sister's chilli tolerance to fate.
